Irene is a sophomore at Hillcrest High School and has been in FCCLA for 4 years. This will be her 3rd year as a region officer; having been the 2023-24 president and the 2022-23 vice-president. She’s apart of her school’s marching, jazz, and concert bands, playing alto and baritone saxophone, bass clarinet, and more. Irene is daring to dream to be a forensic psychologist to help make the world a better place through empathy, research, and justice.
Unique is a sophomore at Hillcrest High School. She has been in FCCLA for 3 years. For Unique’s first year, she was a chapter Officer. Unique’s second year, she was Region 10’s Historian and Reporter. For her third year, Unique is now Region 10’s Vice President. She is apart of her school’s girls basketball team and AVID club. Fun fact, in Unique’s first year as a member of FCCLA, she competed in Food Innovations Level 1, won 1st place at Spring and State. She then won silver at Nationals. Unique is daring to dream to attend Howard University and study Criminal Justice to become a CPS officer.
Rosey is a senior at Centennial High and this is going to be her 3rd year in FCCLA. She is going to be the secretary for Region 10, serving the 2024-2025 year. She loves dancing at pow wows, and is a fencer. Rosey is daring to dream to make a difference in her community and make sure all kids, no matter race or religion or gender can feel safe!
Leslie is a senior at Centennial High School and has been an active member of FCCLA for two years. This year marks her first as a region officer, highlighting her dedication and leadership skills. With three years of dance experience, Leslie passionately expresses herself both on the dance floor and in various settings, embracing every opportunity to showcase her creativity. She is daring to dream big, aspiring to become a defense attorney to advocate for justice and support those who have been wronged.
Jessica is a junior at Centennial High School and this is her first year in FCCLA. She is going to be the historian for the year 2024-2025. She's part of her schools hip-hop team and loves to bake for her at home business. Jessica is daring to dream to become an elementary school teacher to help kids feel their best in a welcoming environment.
Coleman is a senior at Centennial High School and 2024-2025 will be his first year in FCCLA. He plays in a band and is going into his second year in his schools culinary program. Coleman is daring to dream to become a professional chef, in hopes to wow people with great food and service, giving them an experience they'd never forget.
Myeasha Pruitt teaches Food Science at Ysmael Villegas Middle School. This will be her 26th year as an educator, her 12th year teaching FCS, and her 10th as an FCCLA adviser. Along with being deeply involved in FCCLA, she is also involved in her community, teaching swimming each summer. Ms.Pruitt is daring to dream by beginning her PhD program in FCS at Texas Tech this year.
