National Leadership Meeting

Each summer, more than 7,000 members throughout the nation gather for an exciting and rewarding experience at the National Leadership Meeting. The national competitive events finals for the STAR (Students Taking Action for Recognition) events are held, leadership and career workshops are presented, and national officers are elected. What a great opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with members from all over the nation!

State Executive Council

Region Presidents and State Officers serve as members of the State Executive Council. Twice a year, the State Executive Council meets to make plans and preparations for leadership activities for California FCCLA members. In addition, the state officers meet several other times throughout the year for training and planning.
