2023-24 State Officers






Aileen Real is a Senior at Centennial High School located in Region 10. This is her 4th year in FCCLA and has previously served as Region 10 President/Vice-President and State Secretary. She has competed in Culinary Display, level 2 appetizers, where she placed in the top 3 in the state. In her free time she loves to read, bake, rock climb, and play soccer. Aileen is also President of the Corazon de Vida club at her school, and a devoted CSF member. When she is not at school she loves to spend time with her cats Sky and Estrella and her dog Ace. Her dream is to attend a four year university to pursue law in the future.
Milee Bryant is a Junior and is currently serving as the California State Vice President. This is her third year in FCCLA; she had previously served as Region 2 President and she is currently earning her Region Degree. She had competed and won first in Professional Presentation in her level at state. Milee aspires to attend a college and join the military to become a Culinary Specialist. Outside of FCCLA, Milee enjoys swimming, wrestling, camping, paddle boarding, reading, and listening to music!
Emily Burroughs is a senior at Merced High School in Region 6. This will be her 4th year in FCCLA; she has previously served as the Region 6 Secretary and Chapter Reporter. She has competed in Fashion Construction. Outside of FCCLA, Emily enjoys window shopping, spending quality time with loved ones, taking care of her plants, and all things Nintendo. Emily is also Treasurer of LEO Club at her school as well as a member of CSF. She is considering becoming an FCS educator, going into the fashion industry, or going into the medical field.
Jasmin Suarez Vasquez is a Senior at Madera South High School in Region 8. This is her 4th year in FCCLA; she had previously served as the Region 8 Treasurer as well as Chapter Vice-President, Treasurer/Historian. She has competed in Child Development and Professional Presentation, placing top 3 at the state level in both categories. Jasmin has also been in the marching band her past 3 years, a CSF member, and part of Stallion Honor Society. In her free time, she likes working out, enjoying sunsets and spending time with her loved ones. She would like to have a career in the child development pathway as an elementary teacher or become a pediatric nurse.
Diana is a senior at Madera High in Region 8. This is her 4th year in FCCLA; she has previously held the positions of Chapter Historian and Treasurer, as well as the Region 8 Treasurer and President. She has competed in Toys that Teach, placing 2nd at nationals, and Professional Presentation, earning silver at nationals. In her free time she enjoys playing her trumpet, crocheting, reading, writing, and collecting rocks. Diana would like to become an FCS educator one day, with the goal of returning as an advisor. To her, being a state officer means increasing her leadership abilities to their full potential while advocating for FCS and making a positive impact on the members of California FCCLA.
Jordan Thomas is a Senior at Willows High School in Region 2, and is currently serving as California FCCLA State Reporter. This is his 4th year in FCCLA; he has previously served as the region 2 treasurer and Willows High Chapter Treasurer. He has competed in parliamentary procedure and placed 1st at the state level. Through FCCLA, Jordan wishes to pursue Child Development through teaching to become an FCS teacher and chapter advisor. In his free time he enjoys running track, spending time with his dogs and cat, working out, and public speaking!
