First time wading into the waters of being a 'Board Member'. This is the beginning of my 25th year as an FCS Instructor and Advisor – 22-years at Cordova High School and this school year is the beginning of my 3rd-year adventure at Oak Ridge High School up the hill in El Dorado Hills. Before entering the teaching profession, I worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years – both back and front of the house. I returned to UC Davis (after a twenty year sabbatical) to finish my degree in Design, Textiles and Fashion. I am looking forward to being your Secretary Representative. Wishing us all luck in serving.
