Region 7

Gael is a senior at Pioneer Valley High School. This is his second year in FCCLA, and hopes to empower every member to discover their strengths and help them build the confidence needed to reach their full potential. He enjoys listening to live music and exploring new places with his family.

Itzel is a sophomore at Pioneer Valley High School. This is her second year in FCCLA. Her goal for the year is to run for a State Officer position and to learn how to drive. She enjoys making friends and playing with cats.

Samantha is a senior at Hueneme High School. This is her 3rd year in FCCLA. Her goal for the year is to help her chapter grow in size and increase diversity in her region. She also has a goal to get more members to compete. She enjoys playing in her school’s band and doing color guard for marching season. She also enjoys adding things to her scrapbook.

Adelina is a junior at Adolfo Camarillo High School. She has been a part of FCCLA for 3 years, serving as a member, chapter officer, and now a region officer. Her goal this year is to connect with as many people as possible and inspire them to make a lasting difference in their community. In her free time, she loves reading, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.

Ca’Lani is a senior at Adolfo Camarillo High School. This is her 3rd year in FCCLA. Her goals this year are to grow as a leader, engage with new people, and expand FCCLA’s active members in her region. She enjoys hanging out with Family and Friends and learning new things.

Amelia is a senior at Adolfo Camarillo High School. After becoming a member and then a chapter officer, she is grateful to have the opportunity to spread the word about FCCLA on a larger scale as Region 7’s VP of Public Relations. As this marks her 3rd year in FCCLA, she strives to accomplish 3 goals: create fun and meaningful experiences for FCCLA members, bring in more diversity within our region, and build strong connections with my FCCLA peers.

Ms. Hernandez is the FCCLA Advisor at Hueneme High School. She has been teaching FCS courses and advising FCCLA for the past two years. Although she is new to this, she enjoys taking on challenges and is looking forward to another great year of FCCLA! An interesting fact about Ms. H is she knows how to solve a Rubik’s cube.
