Region 4

Erick is a junior at Rancho Cordova High School and is entering his second year in FCCLA. During his first year, he earned his STAR Award, Red Rose Degree, and attended both Region and State Conferences. Outside of FCCLA, Erick plays baseball and golf and serves at his church on Sundays and Wednesdays. His faith in Jesus and the love and support of his mom, sister Viviana, and brother Victor are what drive him every day, along with his fuel of rice, beans, and tortillas. He hopes to attend a four-year university and continue growing as a leader. Joshua 1:9: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” This verse is his daily motivation to keep pushing forward and trust in God.

Jrenelle is a Sophmore at Argonaut Highschool. This is her second year in FCCLA and she is excited to help contribute to her region!

Cadence is currently a senior at Cordova High school and was the former Treasurer for her chapter. This will be her 3rd year in FCCLA, completing 2 events that have made it to state. She aspires to become a FCS teacher and work towards a PhD in Food and Nutrition.

Serenity is a senior at San Juan High School and I serve as a Regional Officer for FCCLA. I became involved in FCCLA through my culinary program and have enjoyed using the organization to develop my leadership, communication, and career skills. As a Regional Officer, I hope to encourage other members to become more involved, step outside of their comfort zones, and take advantage of the opportunities FCCLA provides. Outside of FCCLA, I enjoy music, creative writing, and exploring different forms of art.

Elizabeth is a senior at Amador Highschool, and this is her 4th year in FCCLA. She has competed in multiple events since sophomore year, including creative cakes and baking and pastry. Outside of FCCLA, Elizabeth spends her time training dogs, writing short stories, and paddle boarding with her friends at the lake. She’s the captain of her schools Varsity Tennis team, and coaches junior team tennis on her off-season. After high school, she wants to attend a 4-year UC, go to law school, and become an attorney.

Grace Stockert is a CTE teacher at Cordova High School, where she leads the Culinary Arts Food Service Pathway. Now in her fourth year of teaching and advising FCCLA, Ms. Stockert has been involved with the organization for over 8 years, including time as both a Chapter and Region Officer. She proudly “Said Yes to FCS” and is passionate about student leadership and career readiness. A fun fact about Ms. Stockert: she’s a huge Disney fan and always planning her next trip to Disneyland.
